"Five star service across the board! I don't even know where to start. All of the staff is super helpful and they are always in great spirits. They were nothing but beneficial and exceeded so many expectations from the front desk to the physical therapists. I had the pleasure of getting to work with Becca H., Stephanie A., and Chris K. They went above and beyond to make sure that my recovery went at an ample pace and they took care of me. They were all so knowledgeable and really helped me improve to get back in the groove of things. Stephanie was great to work with. She is super polite and has extensive knowledge on how to help the body recover. She made it very easy to get through the sessions with her approachability and warm demeanor. Chris was awesome to work with. He has many years of experience and he is a very intelligent guy. He always pushed me and helped me get back to where I needed to be. Nothing but a class act. Becca was super helpful and I couldn't be thankful enough for her. I had the pleasure of working most sessions with her. Same thing as Stephanie and Chris, she has boundless knowledge and helped me work myself back to strength and even unlock muscle groups I didn't know were there. I can't say enough good things about her. She has a very great personality and always had a smile on her face. She truly was a gem to be around. I can't thank her enough. I wish them all the best. You never wish for someone to need physical therapy but if you do, Southwest General is the only place to go. You won't find better service and staff anywhere. I may even fake an injury just to see the gang again haha! Thank you!"

"What a great team! Everyone at this office has been amazing. I have been through PT before and never got the results this office gave me. I had a hip replacement. It was a rough time for me before this operation and after. I was constantly in pain and very little range of motion prior to the operation. After the operation I dug in with the wonderful team at this facility. I had setbacks and I just wanted to give up but my therapist, Renee, wasn't ever going to give up. She worked with me through exercises, massage, manipulation. She treated me with respect, understanding, and so much empathy. I graduated today! I walk without pain. My ROM has increased significantly. I feel so much better. I was given all the tools I need to continue my recovery. To be out of pain after 4 years is the greatest blessing only next to working with the people at this facility. From office staff to providers they are top notch!"

"Good exercise technique. I woke up with a knot in my neck but now I can tell it’s the muscle. I took my prednisone and it was relieved. Last day of that. Will go to ibuprofen tomorrow. Exercises tonight stretched the neck muscles where I could feel them not just a sharp pain anymore."

"I wasn't so sure physical therapy was going to help my situation. After many visits with Matt (both pool and land) I gained strength and resources to help me along the way. "Over the years, I've had PT from Marie Nolan for several different issues. She is proficient, thorough, and compassionate. I still struggle with lower back/hip issues but they are not as severe. I continue to do my exercises most days, and I can tell I have more strength. I would also like to compliment Tuesday. She is efficient, professional and friendly. Since she is the first person we come in contact with, I feel that is important to all patients because she represents the clinic. It is a comfortable atmosphere. "

"I have been going the the North Olmsted Rehab Pro. facility on and off for the past 3-4 years for various injuries and conditions -- TMJ, lower back and sciatic nerve pain, neck pain due to arthritis, and shoulder pain due to tendonitis. For the most part, my therapist was Sheri, but I also Dr. D and Matt. These individuals were all very pleasant and professional, and concerned about my health. I rate them all as outstanding. I also want to mention that Gina at the front desk is a real sweetheart, always trying to accomodate me with appointment days and times."

They are pleasant. They are gentle but thorough. I'm looking forward to the rest of my scheduled therapies before my knee replacement. Based on what I have experience so far for me it is God-directed from where I am. 2/23 been back for about a month or so for other issues. Tim is helping me this time. He is very knowledgeable. I go to Dr. Aube because I heal faster with physical therapy and I can get back to my usual routine sooner. Since I do not need a doctor's approval, I can just call any time for an appointment to get therapy."
